In addition to noting how they filter sunlight and buffer sweat and rain, the book points out that eyebrows “help us show how we are feeling.” It also includes a “Brilliant Without” page that features someone whose body can’t grow eyebrows (still brilliant!), making this volume’s single omission its regrettable lack of a unibrow.
