Organized alphabetically by first name, this volume includes twenty-five global women and girls, all but four of whom are living. Each conservationist has a full-page expressionist portrait and page-long story-like summary of her childhood ambition and accomplishments into adulthood. A different female artist from all over the world completed each illustration. Two pages of thought-provoking activities are listed in the back of the book, all created by SeaLegacy and Only One.
